Christina Johnson

Born and raised in Denver, Christina has no plans of ever leaving her favorite city. She grew up dancing and playing whatever sport her brothers made her play from tackle football to street hockey. She believes a body in motion stays in motion and has found a passion for the fitness industry and all it entails, teaching group fitness for the last 5 years. During the day, Christina is a nurse and in school working toward her masters degree to become a Nurse Practitioner. Free time is spent hiking, skiing, or punching that bag right alongside you!
