Forget what you’ve come to know a fitness trainer to be because Rachel is not that. Sure, she has five years of teaching under her belt along with the NASM certification. But that’s not her, really. She grew up as a dancer but never played sports. She has the full-body core strength to pole dance competitively but has never been a runner. (And quite frankly, she’d rather sip a mezcal cocktail than run a marathon.) She believes food should be nutritious but that dessert is the most important part of any meal.
