The reason Midwesterners have a reputation for being nice is because of people like Meg. Perhaps it’s her welcoming, dimpled smile, her incredibly encouraging energy, or her penchant for phrases like, “let’s get rockin’ and rollin’”— Meg is the kind of Midwestern nice that makes you happier after experiencing it.
Growing up in St. Louis, she was always athletic but found herself drawn to the stage—you could say the theatre life chose her. After graduating from college and moving to Chicago, though, she rekindled the flame her athleticism ignited years before and turned her passions toward fitness. Meg got every certification she could, and when she took her first boxing class four years ago, she was instantly hooked. Her combined loves of fitness and music make for killer classes with an even more killer playlist. And while you’re in class throwing hands and doing fast feet drills, she’ll be up at the front of the room, smiling ear to ear, killing you with kindness.
