From East Coast to West Coast, Trisha was born & raised in Washington DC, lived in NYC, & has since settled down in Laguna Beach, CA. A family girl through and through, being the only girl of 5 boys, she's the girliest tomboy you will ever meet. Her passion for fitness stems from her caring personality & genuine love for helping others. Don't get it twisted though, Trisha stand's her ground when she needs to, i.e. she isn't afraid to throw hands! Outside of the gym her world revolves around her husband, her dog, & volunteering at Alzheimers + Parkinson's Disease foundations.
