Caroline
Over the last year, Caroline’s passion for mental and physical health have found their sweet spot in a boxing class. Her hope for members is to understand how important exercise is for wellbeing and self-care. While she has played many sports and spent years weight training, nothing has driven Caroline to prioritize her strength and health more than boxing. Chances are, if Caroline is stressed, feeling overwhelmed, or angry at the world, she is hot girl walking to find the nearest bag to punch!
She loves to burn off a long day of work surrounded by friends, supporters, and people that want to help one another out. Caroline values a you vs. you mentality, believing fully, that comparison is the thief of joy. To strive to better yourself for yourself is a goal of Caroline’s that she hopes to share with all.
