SALU

Raised in Virginia, Salu is the first generation in his family to be born in America and is the proud product of a West African mother who worked relentlessly to give her kids the American dream. Salu has been a multi-disciplinary martial artist since childhood, with wrestling, jujitsu, Muay Thai, and boxing all under his belt. He was also a college football player before transitioning into a career as a pro MMA fighter, trainer, and coach. He’s had the privilege of training and competing alongside some of the legends of the sport: Anthony "Rumble" Johnson, Ronda Rousey, Vitor Belfort, and Rashad Evans. And while his athletic pedigree is impressive, equally so is Salu’s magic ability to go from swaggy & serious to playful & silly in the blink of an eye. The boy has range.
