The Rocky x Rumble: The Icon Challenge (“Promotion”) is sponsored by EB Rumble Franchising, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company whose address is 126 Garrett St, Suite J, Charlottesville, VA 22902 (“Sponsor”) and is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and who are eligible to attend classes at a participating Rumble Boxing studio (“Entrants”). Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Sponsor and its Affiliates, participating Rumble Boxing studios, franchisees, advertising or promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate.
The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. local time on October 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. local time on October 31, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
To participate, an eligible Entrant must enroll in the Rocky x Rumble: The Icon Challenge through the Rumble app and complete ten (10) eligible Rumble Boxing classes at a participating studio during the Promotion Period. Only classes completed and properly recorded in Sponsor’s systems between October 1 and October 31, 2026 will count toward completion of the Promotion. Sponsor’s enrollment and attendance records will determine eligibility, and Sponsor’s determination will be final, subject to applicable law. Alternatively, en eligible Entrant may mail a letter or post-card to Sponsor’s Address (Attn: Rumble) including a valid first name, last name and email address and clearly specifying your intent to submit an entry for the Promotion.
Entrants who complete ten (10) eligible classes during the Promotion Period will be considered “Finishers” and may be eligible for the following:
Finisher Prize: Participating studios may elect to provide a Finisher Prize to Entrants who complete ten (10) eligible classes. Finisher Prizes are offered at the discretion of each participating studio and may vary by location. Not all participating studios will offer a Finisher Prize. Completion of the Promotion does not guarantee receipt of a Finisher Prize unless one is offered by the Entrant’s participating studio. Finisher Prizes have no cash value and are subject to availability.
Local Prize Drawing: Each Finisher will receive one (1) entry into the prize drawing conducted by the participating studio at which the Entrant completed the Promotion. One (1) potential winner from each participating studio will be randomly selected from among that studio’s eligible Finishers to receive one (1) Rocky 50th Anniversary merchandise bundle (“Local Prize”). Approximate retail value: $65. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Finishers at the applicable participating studio.
National Grand Prize Drawing: Each Finisher will also receive one (1) entry into the National Grand Prize drawing. One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible Finishers across all participating Rumble Boxing studios. The verified Grand Prize winner will receive The verified Grand Prize winner will receive a prize package for two (2) adults, which includes: roundtrip airfare from the winner’s nearest major mainland U.S. airport to New York City; roundtrip airport transfers in New York City; two (2) nights’ accommodation at a four-star hotel in New York City, based on double occupancy; one (1) class at Rumble Boxing, to be arranged and provided by Rumble Boxing; one (1) private guided 10K running tour of New York City, including a private guide and a route featuring New York bridges and the Manhattan skyline; one (1) private, one-hour behind-the-scenes tour of a famous New York City arena, including a private guide and access to select backstage areas; dinner at a top sports bar valued at $150 USD; a $100 USD bar tab at a bar known for its boxing memorabilia; and $250 USD in spending money for the Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize also includes full winner and travel management provided by Element, with an approximate retail value of $4,000 (“Grand Prize”). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Finishers across all participating studios.
Each Entrant may receive a maximum of one (1) entry into the Local Prize drawing and one (1) entry into the National Grand Prize drawing, regardless of the number of classes completed beyond the required ten (10).
On or before November 30, 2026, each participating studio will randomly select one (1) potential Local Prize winner from among all eligible Finishers at that studio using a random drawing from among all entries received. On or before November 30, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential National Grand Prize winner from among all eligible Finishers across participating studios using a random drawing from among all entries received. Each eligible entry will have an equal opportunity to be selected in the applicable drawing.
Potential winners will be contacted using the information associated with their Rumble Boxing account by an authorized Extraordinary Brands, Sponsor or participating studio representative. Sponsor will not require payment or sensitive financial information through social-media direct message as a condition of claiming a prize. A potential winner must respond within five (5) business days, provide proof of identity and eligibility, and execute any affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, tax documentation or other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond by the stated deadline, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize or fails to complete required documentation, Sponsor may disqualify that person and randomly select an alternate potential winner. Prizes are not transferable, assignable, substitutable or redeemable for cash, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and all costs, fees, products or services not expressly included in the applicable prize. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor, Extraordinary Brands and participating Rumble Boxing studios to use the winner’s name, city and state, likeness, voice, photograph and statements concerning the Promotion for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion and otherwise handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy. By participating, each Entrant agrees to comply with these Terms, the decisions of Sponsor and all applicable federal, state and local laws, and releases and holds harmless Sponsor, Extraordinary Brands, participating Rumble Boxing studios and franchisees, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from claims, losses, damages or liabilities arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession or use of a prize, except to the extent such release is prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, delayed or unrecorded challenge enrollment or class attendance; technical, network, website, application, attendance-tracking or communication failures; unauthorized human intervention; or other circumstances that prevent participation or an entry from being properly recorded. Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify any person who tampers with the Promotion, violates these Terms or acts in a disruptive, fraudulent or unsportsmanlike manner, and to suspend, modify, cancel or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, force majeure or another event impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Promotion. The Promotion is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia, without regard to choice-of-law or conflict-of-law principles.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.; by participating, each Entrant completely releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any responsibility or liability relating to the Promotion.
