Hey Fam! After graduating from Florida State University (go Noles!) and being inspired by my love of fitness, I moved to New York City to begin my fitness career at Focus Personal Training Institute. With a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, I eventually ventured to Bali to complete my Yoga Teaching Training to help others transform into the best version of themselves and live a life of full potential. And after about 8 years between the Big Apple and Costa Rica, this yogi turned boxing enthusiast is making her debut to the Rumble stage. Pura Vida baby!
