FOR THE FIRST TIMERS

 

Rumble Rookie class formats are simple but effective classes to build your confidence and grasp the basics of boxing and strength training at Rumble. You’ll spend half the time learning boxing combos on our aqua-filled bags and half the time learning strength training techniques.

BOXING, HIIT & STRENGTH *The OG Program

 

The Signature Rumble program launched in 2017. Reap rewards in every round® with the sweet science of boxing, HIIT and the transformative power of strength training. Each 3 minute round meets high-energy mixed with active recoveries to maximize cardio-boosting benefits and results.

  • 45 minute and 60 min options
  • Full-body:  Head-to-toe strength - Build a strong upper body, lower body and core
  • Upper Body: Pump up your arms, back, chest & abs on the floor side.
  • Lower Body: Hit glutes, quads, hamstrings & core on the floor side.

VERSUS FORMAT

MAXIMIZE YOUR ENDURANCE AND CONDITIONING

 

In versus class formats, you’ll focus on one modality for 5 or 6 consecutive rounds before you switch (i.e. start with boxing and our aqua filled bags before you switch to the floor side for strength training). The result? Maximum conditioning and top-notch endurance.
