SIGNATURE FORMAT
BOXING, HIIT & STRENGTH *The OG Program
The Signature Rumble program launched in 2017. Reap rewards in every round® with the sweet science of boxing, HIIT and the transformative power of strength training. Each 3 minute round meets high-energy mixed with active recoveries to maximize cardio-boosting benefits and results.
- 45 minute and 60 min options
- Full-body: Head-to-toe strength - Build a strong upper body, lower body and core
- Upper Body: Pump up your arms, back, chest & abs on the floor side.
- Lower Body: Hit glutes, quads, hamstrings & core on the floor side.
VERSUS FORMAT
MAXIMIZE YOUR ENDURANCE AND CONDITIONING
In versus class formats, you’ll focus on one modality for 5 or 6 consecutive rounds before you switch (i.e. start with boxing and our aqua filled bags before you switch to the floor side for strength training). The result? Maximum conditioning and top-notch endurance.
STRAIGHT UP BOXING
ADVANCED BAG WORK AND CORE
Give the weights a break with the Straight Up Boxing format. Level up your boxing with advanced offense and defense drills & skills. You’ll learn authentic combos in this technique-focused class and hit core work in every class.
RUMBLE STRONG
PUSH, PULL AND LIFT IN THIS LOW-IMPACT, STRENGTH-ONLY FORMAT
Take your strength to the next level and train your body to stay in the fight. Push, pull, and lift in this low-impact, strength-only format.. You’ll become a stronger fighter to improve overall health for life’s everyday punches.
