JOHNNY

JOHNNY

Behind every strong man is an even stronger woman, and for Johnny, it all goes back to his mom. Growing up in Little Italy of San Francisco, Johnny’s mom urged him to explore martial arts—and with very good reason. Mama Ricci holds a black belt in Taekwondo, has practiced in Kung Fu, and now does Filipino stick fighting. Seeing as 1) mom is not to be messed with and 2) mother knows best, Johnny followed in his mom’s footsteps and started kickboxing at merely 6 years old. He graduated to Jiu Jitsu at age 12, Muay Thai at 14, and then started wrestling in high school. To say martial arts and boxing is Johnny’s passion would be a severe understatement. In Johnny’s class, it’s all about the technique and the genuine art of boxing. More than anything, though, he wants to build a community of like-minded individuals who want to better themselves and those around them—boxing doesn’t have to be solely an individual sport. Johnny’s got your back, and we know who’s always right behind him.
