When Liz “Sunny” isn’t doing her fitness thing, you can find her writing and performing slam poetry in NYC or traveling to exotic destinations. Gemini season is 365 days for Liz and as a trained dancer in several styles, she’s always bringing the moves and the heat. This passionate former Brooklynette takes her love for Beyonce just as seriously as the love for her rescue cat Fox.
