Kevin, born and raised right here in Watertown, is our Arsenal Yards Mayor! Founded on a passoin for high school sports, his early training was mostly taken at the University of YouTube ;) Sadly, he developed some bad habits in the gym on his own so when he became a certified personal trainer, it was his goal to help others avoid those mistakes and get the most out of a workout. When introduced to boxing - he truly found his cardio soulmate. Get ready for a class filled with a sport analagy or two, a deep burn and some local flair!
