Tiffany

Tiffany was born up north in CT but raised in and calls NOVA home. Tiffany has always been involved in athletics from soccer, to powder puff football, Tae Kwon Do (fun fact: Brad and Maria were her TKD instructors back in the day), Muay Thai and her current love of bodybuilding. Tiffany has been a leader in the fitness community for almost 10 years and her reputation precedes her, so when you come to her class, know that you’re going to WERK without it feeling like WORK.
