“I don’t have to, I get to.” This is Rachel’s motto when it comes to exercise. She isn’t a trainer just because of the muscle pump or the post-class good vibes (although those are major pluses); Rachel is a trainer because she, too, has found the solace and healing even a single workout can bring. In fact, it is so important to her that she promised herself once she finished grad school, she’d lead group fitness before and after her 9-to-5 as a pharmaceutical project manager—and here she is, doing the damn thing.
Beyond being a woman of her word, Rachel is a bigtime Philly foodie (ask her for her top 10 favorite dishes in the city), every party’s DJ (never met an aux cord she didn’t like), and all-around sunshiney gal (catch her outside any chance she gets).
