Molly started her coaching journey as a yoga instructor in 2020, and has since become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with specializations in wellness coaching and correctional exercise. With her background in studying psychology, she’s always had a passion for the relationship between physical and mental + emotional wellness. In her Rumble classes she’ll help you push the boundaries of your comfort zone and find your inner fighter, so you can walk out of the studio feeling confident and ready to handle any other challenges life throws your way!
When she’s not on throwing punches, she’s probably reading a book, sipping iced coffee, or knitting yet another sweater📚
