Carissa

Coach Carissa grew up in small town in Plant City, Florida with her parents and older brother. She loves the small town country feel but is also super excited to start traveling with family. She earned her bachelors in nursing from the University of South Florida in May 2023 and is currently nursing at Tampa General Hospital in their stepdown ICU. Her experience comes mostly from weight lifting and has been strength training heavily the past 3 years! Prior to that, she was a competitive swimmer for 10 years all through her high school seasons. She began coaching developmental swim to children at the Plant City YMCA after high school which is where her coaching experience stems from. She started at Rumble as a member in May of 2023 and grew to love boxing, which is what inspired her want to become a Rumble trainer!! As you may have guessed.. her wish of becoming a Rumble trainer came true and she now holds it down on the mic every Wednesday evening at 5:30pm and 6:45pm!!
