TYLER

Tyler grew up in West Texas, where sports became both an outlet for his ADHD and a way to embrace his vibrant personality. After starting with football, he made the bold switch to cheerleading in high school—a decision that opened the door to new opportunities and ultimately led him out of his small town. At the University of Texas at Austin (Hook ’Em), Tyler spent four years on the cheer team before graduating in 2014. After college, he explored different paths—nannying and working in the health foods industry in Dallas and Chicago—before realizing that fitness was where his passions collided. In 2017, he jumped into the group fitness world and never looked back. Tyler has since taught at multiple studios across Dallas, LA, Denver, Chicago, Miami, and NYC, bringing his signature energy and authenticity to every city. He is NASM certified (2017), has competed in multiple HYROX races, and is currently training for his first marathon in October 2025. His introduction to boxing came in 2018 during a visit to Rumble NoHo, a moment that would spark his journey into the boxing-fitness space. In 2021, Tyler officially moved to New York City to help launch a new studio, while also pursuing acting and participating in theater. With his mix of athletic experience, performance background, and genuine love for connecting with people, Tyler creates an environment where clients feel both challenged and celebrated—walking out stronger, more confident, and ready for whatever fight life throws their way.
