Ally

Born and raised in Miami, Ally likes to describe herself as a spicy pizza bagel. After all, she is Italian, Jewish, and Hispanic. While she might describe herself this way, she can’t eat any of these things so she will live vicariously through you as you do! When Ally isn’t coaching high-energy, explosive classes she is working hard to study for the MCAT, with the dream of becoming a dermatologist (please wear sunscreen!!). If you see her around DFW you’ll also probably see her adorable service dog, Chloe, by her side. Ally grew up in dance and cheer, so she will be sure to cheer you on and hype you up throughout your entire workout. Small but mighty, Ally can’t wait to welcome you into the studio for a killer workout!
