If you haven’t met Coach Lauren yet, chances are you’ve seen her around Flagler walking her two Australian shepherds, Easton and Bodhi. Born and raised in a small town at the Jersey Shore, Lauren made her way south one state (and one city) at a time before finally calling Fort Lauderdale home. A former competitive Irish dancer and collegiate field hockey player, Lauren has been moving her whole life — and she’s turned that passion into one of the most well-rounded fitness backgrounds you’ll find. She discovered her love for coaching in college and has truly taught it all: water aerobics, spinning, strength training, Silver Sneakers, and major fitness franchises — she knows how to meet you where you are and push you forward with confidence. In class, expect an energetic, upbeat motivator who’s ready to be part of your journey. She brings big weekend energy, a strong sneaker game, and just enough dance moves to keep things fun while you work hard. And yes — she specializes in making the most out of her weekends, so you already know the vibes are high. Fun fact: Lauren once traveled all the way to Spain to watch the Miami Dolphins play — and her Dolphins loyalty runs deep. So what are you waiting for, Rumble fam?
