Ariel

Ariel, a Corpus Christi native and proud University of Houston alum (Go Coogs!!), now calls the Heights home with her husband and their two cats, Zodiac and Astra. When she’s not teaching middle school art, you’ll find her on the podium, hyping you up to throw what you know. Outside of class, Ariel’s either on the reformer or exploring the trails around HTX. Passionate about combining punches and functional fitness, she’s all about building a lifetime of mobility and movement. Whether you’re here to sweat, de-stress, or crush those goals, Ariel’s ready to have your back in the corner of the ring!
