Nate has dedicated over half his life to combative sports, including taekwondo, jiujitsu, and kickboxing. He is also an avid nerd for exercise science with a bias towards weightlifting. He is motivated by the opportunity to introduce people to a skill that not only builds confidence but also empowers them physically and mentally. The journey of getting good at anything is rewarding, and being part of that transformation for others is something he finds incredibly fulfilling. “I'm a patient perfectionist, understanding that mastering a skill takes time. As my people grow in their abilities, I do as well, continually working toward becoming the best instructor I can be for them and myself.”
