Britney A

Britney was raised in an athletic household — both of her parents played professional basketball in Europe — so competition and discipline have always been part of her foundation. She went on to row Division I at Rutgers University and holds certifications through Row House and Pure Barre, with personal training on the way. What makes her a compelling coach is the breadth of what she brings to the room: she’s a certified bachata dancer, a gardener who volunteers at community gardens, a crocheter, and an avid hiker and paddleboarder. She’s heading to law school this fall, and was also named after Britney Spears, which she wears without irony.
