Koury comes from Richmond, VA, where she spent years teaching spin, boxing, and personal training before eventually making her way north. She’s been leading group fitness since 2015 and holds NASM certifications in personal training, group training, and performance enhancement — credentials that reflect both her range and her commitment to doing the work properly. By day she works at one of Madison Avenue’s original advertising firms. The rest of her time is split between the gym, wherever she’s hiking next, and her Kindle. She’s currently learning to snowboard and goes home to a pug named Bentley, who is presumably very well-rested.
