Lauren has spent most of her life investing in the community she grew up in. Born and raised in Livingston, she was a competitive cheerleader from first grade onward and went on to co-direct the town’s recreational cheer program for eight years before coaching at the competitive level through Morris Catholic High School. She joined Rumble in August 2025 and found her footing immediately. A certified fitness instructor with a deep background in movement and team coaching, Lauren brings genuine warmth and high standards to the floor in equal measure. She also happens to share a birthday window with her husband — two days apart, same year, same hometown. Some things are just meant to be.
