JoJo has been rocking it in the fitness industry for the last 12 years in Jersey as a trainer, coach, blogger, and connoisseur of all things fitness. She has taught Rumble Boxing and Training in NYC and NJ! She ditched the cold and took over Florida, where she has taught and trained talent all over SoFlo! She not only teaches classes but is also a talent manager and part of the Education Team for Rumble Boxing. JoJo, aka Cup of Jo, is filled to the brim with life and always wearing cheetah print. She may be small, but she sure is mighty and will happily be your own personal hype machine. Just don't be afraid to show up to class heavily caffeinated because this one is a latte fun.
