Rachel has been moving with purpose since the age of three, when she first discovered the stage through dance. Years of training from childhood through college built a strong foundation in discipline, rhythm, and body awareness—qualities that naturally translated into a lifelong passion for fitness. She’s a firm believer that movement is medicine and there’s no workout she won’t try at least once. In 2018, she stepped into her first Rumble class in NYC and was instantly hooked. Four years ago, she took her love for fitness to the next level by stepping into the role of instructor, where she now channels her energy, motivation, and experience to help others punch, sweat, and grow stronger every day.
Now a proud mom of two, Rachel is more inspired than ever to take the Rumble stage and empower others through movement. She can’t wait to meet you in the studio!
