Three words to describe my teaching style: energetic, motivating and challenging. I will coach you on the fundamentals to build a strong base so you feel successful and challenged in my classes. Music is integral so expect to throw some punches and work your body to some strong beats. On a personal note, I'm a trail lover and have a borderline unhealthy obsession to House, Disco, and Funk music. I love spicy food, long runs and my kitties Walt & Jessie.
