For all of Rob’s life, there has been a steady beat, an undercurrent, always guiding him. Growing up on the Lower East Side with his Puerto Rican and Dominican parents and grandparents, his home was always full of music. While some family members sang and played instruments, others steadily tapped their feet to eight counts. That kind of rhythm stays with you, and for Rob, it’s why boxing came to him so naturally when he first discovered it at age 18. He found his boxing coach a few years into practicing his 1-2-3s, and the man’s been nonstop ever since.
Rob is passionate about sharing everything from fundamentals to his killer combos in the Rumble studio. Expect to get technical, laugh a lot, and always stay on the beat in class.
