Don’t let Ali’s laid-back sunny California vibe fool you. Raised on a small-town farm in Missouri, she’s a hard-working country girl from sun up until the cows come home. Her love of dance and athletics started young and led to her becoming captain of her cheerleading squad, starring in all her high school musicals, and always getting straight A’s. Her love of movement and knack for rising to the top pushed her into teaching group fitness classes in college, which means she’s been throwing punches since Y2K. When she’s not banging out speed uppers, Ali works as a creative director in advertising shooting commercials for health and fitness brands. She now brings her work ethic, leadership, and cool Cali vibe to the Rumble studio. Expect to have fun and be challenged—and don’t be surprised if a country classic pops up on the playlist.
