EMMA

EMMA

What do you call a woman who is good at a lot of things? Usually a Jill of all trades, but in this case, you can just call her Emma. Hailing from New York City, Emma got her start zooming around the playgrounds of Brooklyn but eventually graduated to lifting heavy weights and running what she casually calls “the occasional marathon.” Her inherently competitive edge fueled her soccer years in high school and, later at age 22, her entrance into the world of bodybuilding. She dominated as a Nationally Qualified NPC bikini champion and hung up her bikini only after winning her final competition. Having loved her own fitness journey so much, Emma decided to help others work toward their own goals through personal training and group fitness. That’s not the only side of Emma's career in the world of athletics, though. After earning her Master's in Sports Management at USF, Emma worked for some of the Bay Area's finest: the Giants, Warriors, and Pac-12 Networks. She also loves working with kids and coached high school and middle school soccer for several years in her alleged free time. Let’s just put it this way—if Emma’s classes are anything like her life, you’re about to be really busy and really good at a variety of moves.
