Desiree (Des) was born and raised in Colorado where she grew up skiing to school - just kidding that’s not a real thing. But she did grow up training in self defense, as her dad put her in local Tae Kwon Do classes at the age of 7, eventually finding boxing at the age of 15 and never looked back. She moved to LA in 2016 and nearly a decade later this city still has her heart. In 2022, she became certified as a Spin Instructor where she found her calling - a perfect mix of creating a bumping playlist while telling people what to do. As the designated DJ in her friend group (making them refer to her as DJ D-Ray), Rumble was the perfect match for her love of punching things while fist pumping to some bangin’ beat drops. You will walk out of her classes feeling confident, energized, and always pushing to be “1% better”.
