Cat is your gym big sister with a mama bear attitude.
After growing up without the chance to explore martial arts, she made up for lost time the moment she left home—starting with Tae Kwon Do at San Francisco State and diving headfirst into striking arts ever since. Her background includes Muay Thai, boxing, kung fu, tai chi, Krav Maga, and Filipino Martial Arts.
With over a decade in the fitness world, Cat is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor who’s all about helping you feel strong, confident, and absolutely unstoppable. As a nutrition and dietetics student, she also brings the “fuel your body right” side of things into the mix.
Expect high-energy, sweat-heavy classes, big motivation, and a coach who’s always in your corner.
Outside the studio, Cat is a mom to two chaotic creatures—a rambunctious little boy and a cat who definitely runs the house. You’ll find her indoor rock climbing, gaming with her husband, or trying out new ways to train—including bodybuilding, which helped her lose over 70 lbs postpartum.
