A lifelong athlete with a love for martial arts—especially boxing and jiujitsu—Alexis brings energy and encouragement to every class. With experience leading HIIT workouts and assisting in jiujitsu training, she knows how to push you while keeping it fun and supportive. Her goal is to celebrate your wins, big or small, and cheer you on every step of the way. Outside the studio, she’s usually thrifting, curled up with a book at a coffee shop, or out in nature with family.
