As a Certified Clinical Yoga Therapist, 500-hour RYT, Pilates Instructor, and Ayurveda Nutritionist, I create safe, trauma-informed spaces that blend somatics, affirmations, and therapeutic practices for empowerment and restoration. I’ve supported clients in recovery centers, studios, and private sessions—helping each reconnect with their body, mind, and inner peace.
